2. Are all your products original and new?
Yes! Every product we sell is 100% new, sourced directly from verified suppliers or manufacturers.
3. Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchases?
Yes, we do. If you’re interested in bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us at info@trendingclan.com or via WhatsApp for special rates.
4. Can I shop without creating an account?
Absolutely! We allow guest checkout for a quick and easy shopping experience.
5. Do you offer warranty or guarantee on your products?
Some items come with a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, which will be mentioned on the product page if applicable.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in India using Shiprocket and other reliable courier partners.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer both domestic and international shipping options.
3. How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Order processing takes about 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–8 business days, depending on your location.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on select products and promotions. Shipping fees, if any, are displayed during checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package’s journey.
💳 Payment Related
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Cryptocurrency payments are not accepted.
2. Is there any extra fee for COD orders?
No extra fee! However, we may verify your order via phone or WhatsApp before shipping.
3. Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We process payments securely using Razorpay and PayPal, both of which are PCI DSS compliant.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. An unboxing video is required for all return/exchange requests.
2. Are returns free?
Returns are not free — a fixed ₹100 return shipping charge applies per order.
3. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–21 business days after your return is received and verified.
4. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available only for wrong or damaged products. The unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. You can request cancellation via email, WhatsApp, or through your account on our website.
