Return Policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a compulsory unboxing video showing the package being opened clearly.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • A fixed Rs.100 return shipping charge applies to all return requests, which will be deducted from your refund amount.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@trendingclan.com or via WhatsApp at 9005696667.
Returns must be shipped to the the shipped by address printed on the Lable . 

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and your unboxing video. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right by arranging an exchange or return as applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. An unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange the replacement after the return product has been received and inspected.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or to your bank account in case of COD) within 8–21 business days.
Please remember, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
