• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your order details.

4. Payment

• We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Cards, Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• COD orders require verification via phone or WhatsApp before shipping.

• We do not accept payment through cryptocurrencies or any other coin-based method.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Average delivery time is 7–8 business days depending on your location.

• We currently ship within India and internationally using trusted courier partners (mostly via Shiprocket).

• Free shipping may apply on select products or during promotions.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the order.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange claim.

• Returns are allowed only for wrong or damaged items.

• Customers must pay a fixed return shipping fee of ₹100.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 8–21 business days.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Cancellation requests can be sent via email, WhatsApp, or through the website.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Warranty & Guarantee

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, as specified on the product page. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, where applicable.
