All confirmed orders are typically processed within 3 –4 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Domestic (India): Most orders are delivered within 7–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International: Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delays may occur due to courier issues, high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Partners

We primarily use Shiprocket and its trusted courier network for both domestic and international deliveries.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Although we strive to meet our stated delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays caused by factors beyond our control such as:

  • Remote area delivery challenges

  • Courier or logistics partner delays

  • Weather or natural disruptions

  • Customs clearance for international shipments

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct before placing an order. Trending Clan will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
